“The sale of our house was very complicated. Julie is the best. She recommended a price, but I didn’t want a bidding war, so I had her list it at a higher price (thinking we would negotiate and come down). No interest from any buyer. Then, we listed it at Julie’s price, and it sold for over asking immediately. She staged the house beautifully with a mixture of her and my things. I had a lot of constraints for various reasons, and we couldn’t have a sign, an open house or all the assets of the house pictured.
